Dallas Riders - Road Closer for East Dallas Loop

Dallas Riders - Road Closer for East Dallas Loop
Hi guys
I was out riding the "East Dallas Loop" to Sunnyvale last weekend and noted that Lawson Road will be closed for repairs starting Oct 8th. You will not be able to go north after E. Cartwright Road and wanted to pass this along so you would not be caught by it.
Don’t know how long it will be closed but hopefully not long. That was the first time on the loop and really like the ride despite having to use the feeder roads
Sorry I posted a route that another ride made and don't think fair to post his stuff unless he allows.

Here is a link to the detour. It will be closed for 5 months counting Oct, so early 2013 for the reopening.
What has been the results for those that are riding this route? Is traffic any better or worst?
