Training for Criterium

How to train for fast criterium races. For example a 20 laps (2.5km/lap) that averages 40-50 kmh. I always run out of gas and catching my breathe really hard.
Im only 16yrs old 5'7 110lbs

More miles, then more intensity.

Takes time to build up the aerobic system. While you address the training, start working on cornering, positioning, and moving around in the pack. Good crit racers race crits much more easily than bad crit racers, specifically because of those three things.
