That's OK, Despite liking my coffee/espresso black, I've been known to make a recovery drink of strong coffee, steamed milk, and a tbsp of sugar.

I'm fine. Other than just getting over a cold, I'm great. My nutrition is good, have lost 23#, riding well, etc. I'm just not into BF at the moment. I check in briefly and then disappear. Summer is a busy time for me like it is for so many others.

I feel like all the flavored coffees are overdone by about 4X. Hazelnut coffee cut 3:1 with plain is pretty good. Otherwise too much of a good thing.

Mom's house has settled some and a couple of walls have cracking wallboard. The wall I'm re-doing is about 3' wide floor-to-ceiling wall and then about 12' of 1' wall coming down from the ceiling in the kitchen. That run was sagging really bad in one spot, so I jacked it up then screwed some 1/2' plywood on, then some 1/4" wallboard is gonna go on top of that. Hopefully that plywood sheathing holds that wall together.
Just picked up a second sheet of plywood and the drywall today. The sagging spot was by that first big knot, it was hanging down about an inch.
