My new machine.

Frame: Pake C'mute 54cm
Fork: Surly Long Haul Trucker
HS: VO Grand Cru Mirror Finish
Stem: Scrodzilla 70mm VO(lady took the newer 90mm)
Bars: Origin 8 Tiki
Brakes: Tektro CR720/Tektro road levers
Wheels:Weinmann DP18/Formula
Cog: NOS ACS Claws 16-17t double freewheel
Tires: Panaracer Pasela Tourguard 37c
Cranks Sugino XD - 38t Shimano tandem/39t Vuelta 110bcd
Chain: SRAM 8-speed
Pedals: MKS GR-9/MKS cages
BB: VO 103mm
Post: Kalloy 27.2
Saddle: Charge Spoon

I'm very happy with the result. If anyone is confused about the bell, the threading for the CRANE(Japan) brass bells is the same as the downtube shifter bosses.

Enjoy!

With the wheel bolted all the way back as it is, wouldn't you have too much chain slack when you switch to the 16 tooth?

When he switches the chain to the 16 tooth freewheel, he'll also be switching to the 39 tooth chainring.
