If you turn ad blocker off you see the pic the OP was referring to. As another poster noted, the tag is on the outside as a clue. They are just regular cycling shorts turned inside out to show the padding. Lots of cyclists wear cycling shorts.

I tried a pair, didn’t like them. They Tend to ride in my crotch between my inner thigh and where my gonads meet, not a good thing. YMMV.
