Thanks for posting about this recall for other Faraday riders. I went through the process of getting this recall and found that it was easy and efficient. You'll receive a replacement seat post in the mail which can then be taken to an authorized shop to be installed at no cost to you. The shop can then send back the old seat post directly to the company.
