Meanwhile...…...there were pizza crusts in the bike shop wastebasket. Bailey got into the waste basket. I'm assuming the pizza crust made a pedal smell and taste good. Bailey had a pedal more than half way in his mouth. yuck, the axle was the side that already was in his mouth. A big plastic flat pedal.
I got it in time. Just made it. He did swallow a small possum whole once, like a snake pulling it in a little at a time. It digested OK. But it made me wonder if he could get the pedal down. That was Friday, he's fine now.
Also.......... I got my electric powered Park bike repair stand in yesterday (I can't lift my heavy bikes anymore, due to a bad back). Anyone want an old style steel, or cast iron bike stand for free? I can't package it alone, it's heavy. I put huge rocks on the back legs of it to hold it down. I can't lift them either now. I'm in Rhode Island.

Nope, no, not happening, no way. . Anyway I don't have a beard or a sports car type hat.
I tested some. The bumps go right to my shoulders, and into my neck. My neck is worse than my back.
BTW I can see why it looks like I was joking about the nested quotes. Especially from me. But, I know it's rare, but I was serious.

We had a touring guy Uber over to the shop today, because of a shredded tire. He was part of a trio that is riding the Erie Canal from Albany to Buffalo. His friends met him at the shop.

To be honest, it was a rather nice place. Three big screens showing the worlds with tables around, a nice coffee bar with snacks and racks of clothing sprinkled around. Should take the laptop and work there during the races from time to time methinks.
the only vest they had in my size was an insulated vest that was on sale for $140 , which I can’t justify spending that much on.
