integrated downtube battery 48v

I purchased a M2S commuter ebike which has a streamlined frame. The battery is integrated style which is built into the downtube. It doesn't stick out creating a seamless design. Mine is a 48v 14ah. I'm curious who makes these replacement and if they come larger.

Possibly the battery is specific for that bike, so a replica isn't available. However, depending on how it's integrated into the system, a replacement may be possible. Look at Unit Pack Power as one of a bunch of companies that have something similar, then maybe aliexpress & alibaba, two places it's good to avoid.

When you are dealing with a custom/integrated/one-of-a-kind design you are usually at the mercy of the manufacturer for replacements or upgrades. The $350 price for the OEM replacement pack is not that far out of line considering it is a unique product. If you want to upgrade to extend the range, your best option would be adding a rear carrier mount or triangle pack from a vendor as 2old suggests. Certainly not as nice looking as the sleek OEM design, but cheaper and with more capacity.

I anticipate this will be an ongoing problem for many bike brands as the batteries age and people seek replacements or upgrades to the OEM design packs.

If one does their homework and research you can find very decent products at Alibaba.
Problem is their past reputation. I have purchased many other products from them recently.
I did reach out to Alibaba and discovered the exact oem battery for my model. Reention makes these integrated "hidden" batteries for various manufacturers including mine. I purchased the 48v 14.5ah for $305.00 + $70.00 shipping.
