magnetic trainer questions
Just got my first magnetic trainer for Xmas...have a few questions:
1. Is it more advisable to adjust tension on the magnet within a session or just set it and only use the bikes gears? (I can adjust the magnet while pedaling).
2. Is there a rule of thumb for roller pressure? How much of a dented tire should I have?
3. Has anyone else gone from a wind-resistance trainer to magnetic, and have any special tips or things to watch out for? (I'm trading put a 30-yr old vetta wind trainer...
