Thank you to everyone's responses as to the value of my bikes. It seems that general consensus is that they are not 'collectable' because of all the advances since they were built, but that they should probably be worth somewhere in the vicinity of $200 . I found the original receipts, the colour life time warranty tag, original Repco Cycles manual and SIS ( Shimano Index System) trouble shooting booklet. I'll attempt to attach a photo. ( Better late than never).

Those bikes look to be in great shape based on the three bolt cranks and and quilted leather saddles they are from 1973 the first year these sold bike using the Nishiki brand. Interesting you have a SIS guide but it is not for these bikes SIS didn't come out till the 80's and these have 1st generation Suntour VX shift group.
