foot straight?
I had a some brain damage due to a brain tumor 14 years ago. My foot and leg have become deformed due to my walking impairment. Can you help find a way to keep my foot in place on my exercise bike? Obviously, I can't tape it on the pedal.
Any suggestions would be helpful
Thank you!

Which way does the foot point, and how far?
If it's at an angle maybe something like this would work...

It gives you an adjustable strap the sits diagonal across the pedal. That might hold you in there. (Exercise bike pedals are USUALLY, but not always, normal bike pedals so you could replace the pedals with something more suitable)
You might also fashion a larger pedals thats' perfectly sized to your foot and secure it to the pedal, giving you a custom pedal that's perfect for your foot

You could get some pedals with toe clips.
Or get some SPD clipless pedals and shoes.

If this is an exercise bike at a health club, perhaps you could wrap a velcro strap around your she and the pedal? A picture or diagram showing the sort of pedal, and the angle of your foot might help narrow down what might work.
