I used to think Smashing Pumpkins' version of "Landslide" was the best Fleetwood Mac cover ever.

I have one of those somewhere too, but I donated all my Record stuff a few years ago. Actually, that's not quite correct, I still have a Campy seatpost binder bolt on my Peter Mooney.

Everything that I've read says that that kind of imbalance is nothing/normal and that, even if it were worse, evening it out wouldn't necessarily be beneficial. Unless you're nursing yourself back from something like a knee injury, balance is just a nice-to-know.
Oh, and handedness doesn't indicate dominant leg. One suggested way of finding your dominant leg is to put your feet together and have someone give you a push forward (without you knowing the exact timing) - the leg that you stick out to keep yourself from hitting the deck is your dominant leg.

That is easy to take care of. Just give it one more 1/4 turn with the Allen key. It will break (they all do), and you can be Campy free.

If you are fixated on the original, that could mean you are old.

What do you use to measure HRV? I've been considering getting on the WHOOP bandwagon, again not so much to optimize my efforts as to make sure I get enough recovery. I can of course feel my pulse and tell roughly where I'm at, problem is I don't know how reliable that is.

Heh. That happened to me BITD. I had to ride some four miles out of the saddle. Fortunately it was on a flat M.U.P. Found a hardware store in the next town. Guy fitted the bike with a bolt and nut that got me home.

OMG that Fomoco stock price drop! I haven't seen it move more than 3% in a day in years.

Honestly, I was just pulling your chain. I am so ignorant about FM. Stevie is just about all I know except that there have been decades of FM recording and touring history both before and after her. Her voice just does something to me. And Bonnie Tyler. Oh man, Bonnie Tyler.
You aren't serious about me being old, right?

Ah man, scraping and priming the front porch steps today, my back is devastated. This calls for an ibu 600.
