That sounds like a nice group of instruments. Fretless Stingray sounds like a hoot to play.
I rarely play anymore but still have all of my basses and my rig. Every once in a while I get the though to sell them and free up some equity, but just can't bring myself to do it. I've got a pair of Ibanez SR506 6 strings, one of which is fretless with an epoxy fingerboard, my first bass - a 5 string Peavey Millenium, and the 1978 Gibson G-3 that my dad gave me when I graduated high school. Amp is a GK1001RB II through an Avatar 2x12 cabinet.
I absolutely don't need the bass rig living in a townhouse and not actively playing music with anyone, but it's one of those things where it's not hurting anything to keep it around, and if I ever find the opportunity to play music with other people it's a super capable and practical setup.

I never wanted to sell, but it got to the point where realistically I am not going to play anymore. Especially now in my life. I havnt touched any of the bases in atleast 5 years. I keep telling myself I want to start a band, but the time and the effort I know I wouldn’t put in a 100 percent. When I go back to work my time will be really limited.

Ha. That'd be great, except for the trouble that at other times I'll let her get WELL ahead. There are only specific situations where I go playing draft horse.

I will never get rid of all of them, I will at least keep the '78 Gibson since it's a part of the family history.
I've got a handful of electric guitars and a fairly significant pedal board, and I do play those occasionally.

If patentcad pops in again, you can talk gee-tars with him. He has been known to write and play some music.

I'm more or less in the same boat. I was in a semi-serious band in college and that was a significant effort. There is no way that I could do that again.

I always wanted to play a musical instrument, never got around to it back in the day when I had the spare time. Now, fuggedaboutit. Except I’m giving some consideration to the tambales (sp) lately.

In Maui we toured a distillery that, among other things, made pineapple vodka. When they did that, they poached a distiller from Fort Collins, CO, who didn't really want to go live in Maui so he issued a few ultimatums. One was that he wanted to make the most expensive bottle of vodka on the island, and the bottle itself was made of crystal by an Italian perfume bottle manufacturer. It was beautiful, and this picture does not do it justice.

Interesting ride this morning. Saw a rabid fox, and I hit a squirel today. Fun fact the group that I ride with are called the squirel scalpers.

I own a banjo and a mandolin that was bequeathed to me by my bil who passed in 2016. I can’t play at all and they’ve never been out of the case.

Man, is it flat out there. I'll miss having open roads just outside my door and those flat, flat rides can be fun, but I'll be glad to have a little more elevation variety (when I can ride outside again, in two or three months).

Glad that I’ve had my rabies shots... in 1980 or so. Wonder if they’re still good?

Yikes! Scrawny mofo, too. I would be askeered of him.
I saw a red fox a couple weeks ago, biggest, healthiest-looking one I've ever seen, looks like he's been living high on the hog.

My dad has a mandolin and that's fun to pick around on, but the intervals between the strings are different than on guitar and bass so the usual patterns I know don't work.
Fun fact: mandolin and violin are tuned exactly the same. So theoretically, if you know how to play one then you know how to play the other. It's just different technique that becomes the barrier.
