Truly tragic. Unbelievable footage in the beginning.

Actual story from my sister's newspaper: "Police see hotdog fly from man’s hand"

In other news, I went by and saw the washed out MUP bridge today. Everything on the path looks normal until you get to the edge of the concrete on the bank. Then, there's no bridge! It sitting lengthwise along the shore about 15 yards downstream. What a piece of junk.

An old wooden bridge. I guess the planks were too slippery for some people when they were wet, so a couple years ago someone covered the surface with what looks to be regular house roofing shingles.

Drove by NY casino bus accident scene this morning (a day later), saw ntsb and others still examining scene and removing debris. Actually had to use that exit and can't believe that the exit sign pole is still standing.

That is one strong sign pole to have done such damage. To still see it standing with no apparant damage to itself as I went by was quite eery.

I think I might go see this tomorrow. I'm curious what frame this is, but for $35 bucks seems like a steal if it's sound.
