Same here.

My Cajun wife used to make quite a bit of Cajun food. She's been in Texas so long (21 years?) that she now makes Tex-Mex, Asian, Southern, and whatever else EXCEPT Cajun food.

Her crawfish etoufee is restaurant level great and I never get to eat it these days unless it's a special occasion.

On the plus side, she did come back from Weeziana last week with some fantastic boudin links and boudin balls.
