Front derailleur clamp size for a De Rosa UD frame?

I picked up a De Rosa UD frame and need to get a front derailleur for it. I've got two braize on Campy Records ... and just noticed that I need a clamp-on. Anyone know what size it takes?

Just a quick link to a calculator. Measure the outside of the tube where the FD needs to go, put in the outcome in the calculator. Will result in the diameter of the tube.

If the seatpost is 27.2 is almost sure that the clamp is 1-1/4" (31.8mm)
