Help please with track bike fit

I am about to purchase a track bike for the Velodrome. Choices at present are:

Felt TK2 Size 54
Argon 18 Electron (either Small, which is 50-53, or Medium which is 54-56)

I ride a 54 Cervelo R3, all my bikes have been Size 54

At the Velodrome, all the rental bikes I have ridden are either 55 or 56, even though I often am told that a track bike should be smaller than the road bike.
Here is the information on my Road Bike Fit. I could be more aggressive in the cockpit given my flexibility and riding, but have neck issues. This is important on this track as its shorter than standard at 200M vs 250. Therefore I need to keep my head up more as the turns come faster and the traffic would be closer.

Felt TK2 would cost me $1800 Canadian tax included, Argon 18 Electron about $1160.00
Thanks

Spoke to Argon18, they suggested a Medium Electron, 54-56

Why not ask other riders about your fit on the rental bikes. If one of the bikes gives you a good position, then measure the reach and stack and buy a frame with close dimensions.
