I like seeing bikes in their riding trim. This one is in its riding trim on a back country road on a pretty fall day. The bike itself has clean, classic lines. Black and blue work well for me. No decals can be a bit of a risk, but it works fabulously here. This one rates a hot for me.

This is a near miss for me. I came so close to hitting the "hot" button. There is indeed so much to love about the bike, but the gumwalls don't work for me. The lines are fantastic. The labeling is simple and understated. It doesn't yell "NASCAR wannabe." The Campy components are a wonderful touch. The orange and blue play perfectly together. I'd love to see it with the largest blackwalls you can squeeze into place.

Hopefully this doesn’t change your opinion, but the color is actually really dark blue. It’s hard to tell if it’s blue though unless it’s in direct sunlight. Even though it may look stock, the only thing that came from the bike shop was the frame. Wheels, bars, saddle and groupset were installed by myself

Well, all 8 of my bikes have triples. Steep hills, mediocre fitness, and a preference for climbing at a relatively high cadence conspire together to make it the sensible chice for me. I can almost get the range I want with a double, but I'd have to live with big jumps on the cassette, which I don't prefer.
I should repost my bike because I have since put on SS King Cages and black handlebar tape, and I think those are an aesthetic improvement over the previous items.
For long distance, I ride recumbents. I could post one of those here but I'm sure I'd recieve a bunch of "nots", which I'd be ok with, but there wouldn't be much point. Entertainment value for some, perhaps.

What road is that? My family roots are up that way from Ft. Payne, to Hammondville, Valley Head, Mentone over to Summerville and up to Chattanooga. I have a cousin who is the mayor of Rossville Ga.

That's a beautiful area. It is indeed near Ft. Panye - Little River Canyon Parkway along the western side of the canyon.

You love the seat and rear fender, admit it.
This should be good. Everything here is so tasteful and subdued. I think of my new girl as a six or a seven that got a bunch of tattoos and walks around in a ball cap and backpack. That could mean gaining or losing several points, depending on your tastes.

The handlebar and hoods on that Cervelo look like something Eddie Merckx would have ridden.
Are they from ye good olde days? Or maybe they need to be rotated up and the hoods moved down?
I don't know. It doesn't look right.

Edit: I just looked at photos of a modern S3 and I'm 100% sure those bars are from 1973.
Edit 2: That stickebombed bike is just as bad only in the opposite way. The ergo bars need to be rotated way down.
