Training Program
So in about a month or so I will be able to start a stabilized training program and I was looking for some tips/input based on the following:
I'm wanting to give track racing a whirl, there is a track about 45mins away so I can hit that up now and then.
I enjoy adventure/mud runs and being in the military I have to keep a balanced fitness level.
So basically I'm looking at
Mon-Wed-Fri Do intervals on the bike (how many/how long? I've done a bit of Tabata via crossfit) Maybe follow that up with some crossfit
Tue-Thur-Sat Crossfit/weights/swimming.
Any input or tips?

Ask the track guys when you go there. Many tracks have beginner sessions where you can rent bikes. Go check it out.
But for any bike racing you will need a base. You don't have that yet and it will take years to get it. You can start now by riding a lot. You don't need structure for base, just go out and ride, not too hard, for as long as you have the time/can stand. Track racing often involves many races during the day so while the races are not endurance races like long road races are, a full day of races will require some endurance. The track racers I know spend a lot of time on the road.
Once you have some base, then you can add intervals.
