Question - First Time on the Market
Pay first or send first ??

You send a Paypal invoice to the buyer. They pay and then you send. If there is a dispute you go through Paypal's resolution process. It's the same process as disputing an eBay purchase. (eBay used to own Paypal before spinning it off).
