Assuming the picture on Amazon is accurate, I'm looking for a Sugino (or similar) 42t chain ring in 110mm size. I want to convert it into a chain guard, so the teeth can be totally trashed (which is why I'm hoping for a used option, vs. plunking down $35 for a fresh new one). I think the 42t is the smallest I can go and still have the little "windows" in the mounting tabs (for some elegance!). If you have a trashed 42t silver ring in 110mm size, please let me know.

Threads are busted on the center axle on my front brakes; I can no longer tighten the bolt. I was hoping someone might have a spare for me.
The part I'm looking for is pictured below, the model of the brakes is almost identical to this one (just misses the word brillant) - though I think a shaft from another similar-ish model could work fine too, as long as the length is in the ballpark.
