Bianchi Specialissima
I have my dad's 1964 Bianchi Specialissima and I was wondering if anyone knows what it could be worth? It is green and in excellent shape. It has campagnolo components. Does anyone know what it is worth?

You absolutely need to post pics to get meaningful valuation info on that bike.
(I saw a very nice green one sell on ebay within the past couple of years for about $1600 if memory serves. But the market has changed a bit since then. And value fluctuates enough that another nice one in a good size could go for more or less. I'd say the $1600-$1800 range is ballpark, but again, without photos, you can't bank on that estimate.)

I'd say that Picchio Special is on the mark. It does look to be in good and original condition and it is a Specialissima - who knows - it could go for even more.
A Bianchi Specialissima is very high on my want list - has been for about 15 years. A Specialissima from that era or the pretty rare and, to me, very desirable. I would guess that other bike collectors would see it that way too. It is not Bianchi Celeste in colour but that green is a typical Bianchi colour of that era.
My suggestion: seeing that it was your fathers and it is a very desirable bike - keep it and ride it (carefully). It is a rare opportunity. If you do sell it, please make sure it goes to the 'right' person.

Your pics are small and I can't see much detail, but it looks very original and in very nice condition. In theory it should be worth $1500-$2000 but the market is not that strong right now. Plus it's the smaller sizes of these that bring in more. Your's looks like the more common (at least in the states) 23.5" or so model.
I'm not positive but am pretty sure there was no celeste available for the mid 60's Specialissima, Competizone, etc. The only Specialissima's I've seen in celeste from this period have been 1960 models (or earlier of course). Then it seems like they were metallic green, blue, or red until the 70's when the Celeste was brought back. There was a Team Model in the 60's that did come in celeste.
