A used Zipp 900 disc or a new off-brand Chinese-made disc?

That's my dilemma. I don't choose to speed $1800+ on a new rear carbon fiber disc. My buddy says "Go Chinese" since all carbon fiber wheels are made in China anyhow, you avoid the middle-man mark up. Yeah but....... Any thoughts, or better yet, experience here?

My 2 cents would be to get a used zipp. There is a 10spd shimano one on CL in my town for $350.00. It’s a tubular and I don’t have any experience or any other wheels that are tubular.
On a side note I have a set of 404s with an older wired srm powermeter hub and when I contacted them it would be $350 to upgrade to wireless ant powermeter hub, dished and trued, and replace with updated 11 spd cassette spline. So you could look around at any zipp disc and know you could have it changed if needed to whatever you need to run for a decent price.
