How often do you reglue your tubulars?

i've had my tubular tires on a set of Zipp 404's since 2016. It's my first set of tubulars and they're used pretty much just for tt events and some training rides the week prior to an event. I'm assuming the glue eventually dries out and the tires should be reglued. I'm not noticing any symptoms that they need regluing. My LBS mechanic says do it about every two years. Is this good advice?

I do them as often as Reggie is up to it. (Dontcha just love spell-check combined with trying to jam something into every minute of the day?)

If you get two years out of a sew up you should be happy with the chance to re glue it. The race test is to try to pry it off the rim. If they don't lift off or roll at all they're still good. Andy
