That is because it is not in Portland, it is 10 hours south in Stockton CA. I went to Sacramento's Craigslist and did not find it when I searched for Masi, so I think it is just a forgotten ad that is still up.

I would be very careful paying for a bike to be shipped from a CL ad like that. If there's any way to have somebody local check it out in person, it would be a lot less risky.
