Cannondale Coda 700 front hub

Hi, does anyone here have knowledge of Cannondale Coda 700 front hub circa 1996? Getting what feels like bearing wobble but I think these may be cartridge bearings so not much adjustments available. On the dustcap I can make out 6000V. Are these bearing cartridges still available and what would be the proper procedure to replace them. Thank you.

There are bearing adjustment nuts and lock nuts on this hub but I thought I read that these have cartridge bearings. On the bearing dust cover is NSK 6000V
