Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

As soon as I heard the music, I mentally readied myself to deliver a particularly scolding reprimand for posting another ****ing hipster fixie "edit".

But I guess I won't have to now.

Nice, sweet video. The Juliett Elliot video was interesting, too. Sweet and unaffected. If only they'd been able to lose the vainglorious bf w/all the wheelies and stuff. Lame.

I really like the video.
Thought it was super cute. I didn't like the quotes though.
Sending it to my Niece in Hawaii, hope she gets a kick.

Also I hope to get to ride fixed in hawaii one day.

P.S. Just tried to paste the link into an e-mail. Nearly accidentally sent a link I found on 4chan.

It felt so anti-pretentious that it came off a bit pretentious. Better without any quotes in my opinion.

No. His video was thoroughly awesome.
But I think I've heard that same track in a few other vids.
I could be mistaken tho.
