I have been happy with the Panaracer Gravelking SK 48mm for all around use on my 650b wheelset. They roll surprisingly well on pavement, and are great on even gnarly gravel. Looks like they make a 43mm and 50mm in 700c sizing.

Another vote for Panaracer Gravelking SK! I run 700x43 tubeless on my Surly Cross-Check and love them. I have close to 900 (mostly pavement) miles on mine with no issues at all.

Reading between the lines, looking at the pictures, looking at the Rene herse tires, seeing the damage to the shift/brake lever. Seeing the damage to the stock wheels. I am guessing this bike is being sold by an injured rider that gave up the hobby after his Rene Herse Tubeless failure happened.

Well that and the Northwest doesn't have sharp flint and goatheads.
tubeless will fix goatheads, I am not sure how well tubeless will fix tire slices.

Love my Rene Herse black tubeless.
I reckon they gave up because the sealant wouldn't stop weeping through the tan wall

yeah I know many people have success with rene herse tubeless, but, to be honest it scares the hell out of me! It's like we all have the one friend that is a terrible car driver, yet we ride with them as passengers anyways....
