To deduce the person living here is a C&V Bachelor.
I looked across, and thought, Bachelor, C&V bike guy. Weird... Luckily just a snapshot of a corner at a particular moment in time.

Made last night, but no added emulsifier, like mustard etc. Olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Actually it will remain viable, and improve, as flavors meld, for weeks, (if not months) without refrigeration.

I though they just used olive oil to lube that square-taper opening, on the crank. What do you guys use? 🤔😁😉
BTW, this could just as easily be a bachelorette, ya know. 😲 😉

That was my thought! Not just any bachelor fixes salads, or even cooks, for that matter.

Not impressed. Salad should be prepared and served in a vintage helmet.

that's a fair amount of Talenti to go through, just to secure some useful soaking/cleaning containers.

Yours are en route, this was one I just received. I have come across this pitting/staining before, but this is turning out to be too deep to polish out. I thought it might be from steel wool, but no, not coming out with evaporust.
I removed part of the anodized layer, but found that these pits go too deep for flat re-surfacing. Not sure what to try next. Maybe riding them as they are, lol. I don't like acknowledging defeat.

What I do when they are that deep is wet sand from 800 to 3000 grit and then take it to the bench polishing wheel and polish the crap out of it. it is a bit of work but I do it while watching tv or something. Usually comes out AWESOME!
Curious what is the arm soaking in?

I've got some of that orange Le Creuset cookware sitting on my stove too. Not the big skillet, though.

I think you're right about the vinaigrette, the flavor seems to develop faster at room temperature. Don't let anyone give you a hard time about that.
