Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I agree on the hood positioning.

That Cannondale is hot, but it doesn't win the thread, for me.

And IMO, it could use black brakes. That shiny chrome is the wrong kind of accent for the muted black bike. Maybe if they were brushed or something so they would kinda match the crank.

They look disproportiately HUGE - it could be the pic. Plus, the saddle is set WAY too far "nose up" and too far back on the rails.

My vote is to go with red or black cables, level the saddle out, and go with black tires. That would get you closer to "hot"
Still, it's a nice bike
Well everything would match, but I had to switch the frame because the original didn't have my size. The handlebars look big in the pic, and the seat isn't up like that. It's just a very bad pic. I don't have the money to spend on making my bike look hot right now though, I'm spending it on things to make me better like rollers ;P Here's the first pic I took, very newbie as it was the first day I got the bike qnd I didn't know anything about taking pics.

The colored tires are a bit over the top but I say Hot.

Keep in mind, it's an endurance performance bike, not a race bike, so slightly more relaxed geometry.
That's fine. But this thread has a very different theme. You are not going to get 'yeah that's a hot bike' comments with a flipped up stem, bars higher than saddle, and saddle angled down. Maybe that set-up works for you, but it seriously detracts from the visual. I agree with others that those tweaks are likely patching some fit issues - but that's for you to explore.

Both of those EVOs are hotness, I think the fancy photo one wins by a slammed stem and no stickers on the wheels, although one could argue the stem angle is better on Cleave's (parallel to the TT).

My bike is just another race bike.

Too lazy to go dig up posts. But SA's bike is pretty high on the list for pure hotness. There's also a black Cannondale CAAD10 that's pretty awesome, slammed 120mm+ stem, huge saddle to bar drop.
And for me it isn't about "which bike is better". The Evo is seriously hot, but there are a couple things I'd change.

i dunno. the above mentioned cannodale is about as hot as a stock frame is gonna get. Pretty much the only way it would be significantly better is if it wasn't a cannodale at all, but instead a custom frame from a NAHBS maker.

Hi, surprised and humbled to be mentioned among such esteemed company and bikes. As I posted earlier, I think Chrissss's EVO is hot. Which bike is hottest? Does it really matter? Just happy that what works for me -- physically, functionally, and aesthetically -- also appeals to the sensibilities of others.

Ahhhh, better - the hood/bar thing must've been a wierd camera lens distortion. Much better.

The bike has serious potential IMO.
