Question about rear wheel spoke tension

Should the drive side & non drive side spoke tension be close to the same?

Typically, NDS will range between 50-70% of DS tension, depending on #cogs & hub/rim geometry & width between DO's.
IF they were the same, you would have a symmetrical wheel like a non disc front.
IG hubs will be closer to (if not) symmetrical.

No. The non drive side should be considerably looser. Spoke calculators often give the relative tensions. 100% drive side/45% non drive side is common. On a rear wheel.
