A friend of mine was suffering with GI and fatigue issues for months. Went through loads of testing that didn't show up anything. Eventually a nutritionist gave him a highly restricted diet and he's back to winning p/1/2 races. If you're interested, I can dig up more information.

thanks but i now know by trial and error what triggers my pains and what is safe. im on the road to recovery armed with this knowledge now.
