Frame is worth about $250 in that condition. You can clean it and touch it up, but the paint appears to be heavily faded (unless it is just bad white balance on the photos) and touchups would show badly. Regardless of cosmetic condition, it will ride well unless there are problems not shown in the pics. Components are not that desirable or valuable. You could part out the DA stuff and use the money to buy matching tricolor components, but at best that would be a wash financially.

Cosmetically challenged bicycle with significant drivetrain wear, inappropriate stem and absolutely huge handlebars. Give the parts needed, cosmetic condition and time of year, I wouldn't think that it would be worth the asking price in that market.
