I think I tend to agree and I'm going to pass on this Mixte...I think my long term plan now is to have a frame built for me and have my LBS build it up for me so its my "perfect" bike.

Wow. That will be one heck of a bike.
Have you seen Veloria's custom built mixte frame? It's very high end. She had absolutely every joint lugged, even joints that are never lugged. It's all for æsthetics.

I want a lugged frame too though maybe not exactly like hers. I actually contacted her frame builder today for a price quote. It will probably be a next year project for me plus I have lots of research to do. This is very new territory for me but since I'm only allowed one more bike I'm going to make sure I do it right..lol
