78 Puegot Procycle Mixte?
I have a chance to by this bike but not sure what to offer for it. I have what information the owner has given me including that she is the original owner and the bike kind of mish mash of parts from various countries
"French rims,
Japanese cranks,
Taiwanese brakes,
a Korean Kickstand...
new bits no doubt made in China.."
I really like the overall look of the bike but dont want to offer more or less than what is is worth.
Thanks

I think so too Aside from being my ideal colour I like the fact that the seller is the original owner, the Canadian connection and that it isn't that Sprinter I posted about in C&V yesterday lol I've googled for a bit of information but still have no idea what to offer lol

Mixtes are pretty popular, somewhere in the $150 to $200 price range around here. Its a really low end model: claw derailleur hanger, cottered steel crank, steel rims, nutted axles, etc. But in the mixte world, that does not matter much. Someone will want it for sure, with the fenders, rack, etc. Buyers want that look, and this bike has it. Check that rear fender mount on the drive side. Something is wrong with that. You do not put the fender bracket under the axle nut.
If all of the components meet your requirements, you would be hard pressed to put one together for $200. But if some of the bits are not what you are looking for, then I would keep looking. The better mixtes have alloy cotterless cranks, alloy rims, cromoly frame. This bike has none of those features.
