CranksgivingIndy is back! Sat November 2nd, 2019
Hey central Indiana riders! CranksgivingIndy is back!
If you aren't familiar with Cranksgiving - it is a bike ride, food drive, scavenger hunt all for a good cause. You register knowing you will ride (bring a bike and helmet!) an undetermined number of miles (in our case 5-20) to a number of checkpoints (bring a lock!) where you'll purchase food items that you have to carry back (bring a bag! or a kids bike trailer!) to the start/finish. Food is donated to a local food pantry.
The Indianapolis version of the ride was held from 2012-14 before taking a break....but it's back this year benefiting the Mid North Food Pantry and Nine13sports - an Indy based non-profit that does a variety of kids bicycling programs.
