If anyone might be looking for a smaller (51cm) 650b frameset, this MAP looks like a peach.

This may be worth the $$ to someone. I would like to ride it around on Sunday afternoon or later so I could turn on the light. It's pretty.

Rigid steel MTB, high line in its day.

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bik/6187845536.html

Jamis Diablo LE - $120 (Church Hill)

make / manufacturer: Jamis
model name / number: Diablo LE
size / dimensions: large

Selling a Jamis Diablo LE mountain bike, size Large. The bike is in great condition with a recent tune-up, road tires, new grips and new saddle. A couple of small scratches and one of the toe cages needs new hardware, but overall the bike looks and performs great. I purchased the bike about a year to see if I wanted to get back into riding bikes, kind of a tester before I spent quite a bit more on a new bike. I have now purchased that new bike and I need to sell this one to make room. I'm 6'0" and it fits me great, recently rode it from RVA to Williamsburg and it was fast and comfortable.

Asking $120 cash.

Looks like at least $200 worth of parts to me, let alone the frame.

My circuit is the same frame and fork. It came with 105 triple. I really like it even with the aluminum fork. You can always put a carbon fork on it. 853 reynolds frames go for more money than this complete bike. The parts alone are worth $200 and i am tempted to go buy this one and put the parts on my Raleigh that is equipped with 7 speed tri color, then sell off the frame.

Yeah I've been looking for a proper road bike, but realistically I need to wait until next summer to go for a brand new one. I'd like to commutercize my Marin 4 Corners again.

This Schwinn isn't quite uber C & V, but I think it would do for my first CV undertaking. I already emailed the guy but have not heard back.

I have had two of these bikes in the past, one an exact copy of this yellow one. It is a very good quality Reynolds 853 frame made in Taiwan by Maxway with an Ultegra 9 speed group, kind of a no-brainer, really. Those Ultegra hubs are amazing, I still have the wheelset from my blue Schwinn Peleton and they show no signs of giving up yet.

The fork is about the only weak part of the bike, you may want to swap in a steel or carbon fibre fork but I did not find it necessary.
