Irvine cyclist died on 7/11/20
Are there any details on an accident that took place on 9:43 am on Saturday, July 11, 2020 near the north bound 405 on-ramp from Jeffrey Road in Irvine?

Ironically, I traveled to LAX via that on-ramp about a half hour before it happened. The on-ramp was still closed at about 11:15 am when I returned.

We rode by there about an hour before it happened. Riding back around 12:00-12:30 yellow tape and CHP was still there with the ramp closed. Another rider told me a friend saw the vehicle off the side, and it appeared the driver lost control (presumably after hitting the rider, but I don't know that to be the case), Vehicle windows were broken and all airbags deployed, so the vehicle may have rolled over.
