Schwinn Cycle Truck

My father in law gave me a panel off of his Schwinn Delivery Bike. He is 89 and bought the bike when he was a kid delivering newspapers. Has to be late '30's.

my Tempo in the background.
any idea of the value.

I'm assuming the bike in question is one of these. Parts and complete bikes can bring stupid money since bro dads and sleeve tattoo moms love them.

Yes. That is the bike I Googled.

He said the bike cost $60 back then.
He paid $2 per week from his paper route for 30 weeks.

Evidently his paper manager bought the bike for him and let him pay over time. Knowing my father in law, he had multiple routes.
