Since the OP is new to the forum, he probably doesn't understand Larryspeak:

You don't think the derailleur can be replaced?

You move the shifter, and nothing happens ?
Or the shifter won't move ?

Can you be more specific, with more detail ?

Why not just replace the derailleur. It is not an expensive one. You can get a 10 speed Microshift XLE on Amazon for $31. Even cheaper on Ebay $27 with free shipping.
If the chain has a master link, then the only tool you need is the hex wrench to remove the derailleur from the frame. There should be directions on the specification sheet and if not these days you can almost always find a tutorial on YouTube.

I agree the hanger looks straight enough, but to b-screw was forced past the stop on the frame and the hanger bending is what would allow it to do that.
The question is whether or not the hanger sprung completely back afterwards.

It's lucky the little tab on the frame that stops the b-screw wasn't broken off.

The derailleur may be more or less ok, the b-screw itself maybe not.

EDIT: after further consideration and help from Leisesturm, I see that I was confused.

The hanger is integral to the dropout. It is not replaceable. Nor is it bent or damaged that I can see. Agree that main pivot bolt is missing. B-screw therefore cannot function. Not sure how anything can function actually.
