Alligator Slide Rd.
This a video going down. 2 miles long, I have done it only a couple times. There are plenty of long hills in this area of the state, best riding you may ever do, IMHO!

Any of the climbs down by White Water State Park north of St Charles off of 74.
they're all over a mile long with a few 2+ mile climbs.
Very light car traffic and good pavement, good stuff.

If you are willing to drive a ways from MN, Western Dane, Dodge, Green & Iowa Counties are great for hills (steep, but not terribly long). Take a look at events like Horribly Hilly Hundreds or Dairyland Dare and look at the route maps.
