awesome. Thanks

I’ll be zwifting my way to... well, not sure yet. I’d like to say 100miles in January. Seems a reasonable goal if my endurance goes up a bit. Using new muscles while on the bike means some muscle soreness. But once I’m past that 3.3 miles per day average seems attainable.

Oh yeah, once you get past the saddle soreness you'll be fine. I suspicion you'll far surpass your 100 mile goal.

12/2 - 25.1
12/4 - 17.3
12/7 - 18.1
12/9 - 30.2415.65
12/16 - 17.96
12/17 - 21.85
12/22 - 23
12/23 - 15.65
12/24 - 30.99
12/26 - 22.02
12/27 - 17.11
12/28 - 16.55
12/30 - 35.03 - ZWIFT trainer counted all the stats BUT did not put is as part of my training plan "the long ride-spiked base progressive VO2" a 1 hour 55 minute ride. I still marked it as completed, but i really wanted to see the progress as it was pretty rough for me as this was my longest ride in terms as time and distance.

MTD - 290.9
Goal - 250 - Mission Accomplished!!!

OK, where's the January New Year kilo/miles thread?

New years ride, solo into the wind, yes I said wind! Darn good workout! 35 miles to start the year off with a bang. 25 mph winds with gusts up to 60 MPH. Not many cyclists out there today in Southern Cali!

Talk about a workout, 13.7 average speed pushing hard at time to hold 9 MPH.

Missed my goal by almost 50 miles, but considering all the rain and cold, we had in December, I'm not surprised.

I wasn't sure. Many times in forums it is one or two people posting these threads. Didn't want to take away anybody's thunder.
