Shimano "333" 3-Speed Hub Cone Adjustment
I'm fixing up a Murray All-Pro that uses a 3-speed internal geared hub. I've fiddled with the cones on it, and am unable to find any information about how they should be adjusted for proper operation. If I just snug them up so the wheel spins freely and without wobble, the pushrod on the end won't depress for shifting. I've also tried what's recommended for Sturmey-Archer hubs, where the right cone is 1/2 turn away from being snug, to no avail.
I'm also not sure exactly which version of the Shimano 3-speed hubs I have. There seem to be a F, G, and cassette types. (Maybe more?) Here is what it looks like:
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
