Which 'resonable priced' water bottle cage you have?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Which 'reasonable priced' water bottle cage you have?

I am shopping for a set of bottle cage but don't want to spend like $60 each. What kind of reasonable priced cage you would suggest or you owned?

I like the Zipp bottle cage, but a pair of them will be like $100.

i've got a pair of Elite cages, they were about $20 a piece at Performance. they're not carbon, but they don't weigh enough to really matter either.

I have Arundel carbon cages on all of my bikes except our tandem and they are outstanding. They make a plastic version that is very cheap and works just as well.

https://www.crank-2.com/store/product...le-Cage-White/

First link I could find... but they work really nice. We have these on the tandem.. so many of them to buy, we went the cheaper route.

Who shops for waterbottle cages? Go to your closest bike shop, pick something from what they stock, and mount them up.

Ebay carbon. There are many styles including some that are identical to that Zipp (probably come off of the same line) $24 for a pair shipped. I have 4 and they've served very well for many miles. Best deal around.

I dont like the Spesh Rib Cages that much (those are the carbon-like plastic jobbies, right?).

I do like the Tacx Taos and some generic carbon cages I got off Ebay.

I thought about the Ebay cage too but I don't want the cage breaks on me when I am trying to pull out and put the bottle back in.

A friend introduced the x lab gorilla cages to me as they have a much stronger grip on the bottle. I really like them alot; not super cheap but sure beats having to replace Camelback podium bottles.

+1 for king.

I wish I could afford the Ti ones but use the stainless.

If on a true budget just get the $5 aluminum ones from Performance (or Ebay).

I ordered the Vinceri magnetic bottle system - should be here today, i'll post a video review.

$100 for 5 bottles and 2 cages. if they work out, it should be a good value, considering they're lighter than the lightest carbon cages, won't break, and won't make the bottles horrifying. even the 5 bottles - my camelbacks were at least $12 a bottle, which is $60 right there.

At my local PB store, they will match the website price.

Just ask, I bet yours will too.
