That frame looks pretty good, BTW. I'm tempted but I have a 'no new bikes' pledge right now.

Just built this one last night, took two rides on it today trying to set it up. It's going to be a while before I am comfortable on this torture device called a time trial bike.

The fender well is not UCI legal in that it covers a portion on the read tire, The chain guard clearly violates the 3:1 rule, and the saddle isn't level. And nice try on the front rack, it's obviously a ploy to get around the 75cm aerobar rule. 700c wheels? And I'm pretty sure if they won't allow Bont TT shoes, they aren't going to allow wooden clogs.

Pat McQuaid aside...

You have to lock it up?

Her last ride is tomorrow, then she's going to the great cracked frame maker in the sky.. It had a slight accident about two weeks ago and some minor pieces are held together with JB weld. Thankfully, it was a warranty issue and not a dumb end user issue..

The bar will be swapped and the cable routing cleaned up this week, but she is pretty close to being battle ready.

Hi,

Updated:

Since my last post I replaced Campagnolo 10-speed bar end shifters with new Campagnolo Return-to-Zero bar end "controls." New Deda adjustable stem is 1 cm shorter and I cut the extensions 1 cm to make sure that I don't repeat the fiasco from Masters nationals last year. Waiting to triple check all of the dimensions and ride it a few more times before I put handlebar tape on the extensions.

Tried to "hide" the cables as much as possible:

Unfortunately, I cut the rear brake cable a bit short but it's still workable. Waiting to get these brakes in July before I get new cables:

Decided to take a bit of a risk and do the pre-order thing.
