Tektro dropbar V-brake levers?
I have a pair of Tektro dropbar V-brake levers I'm going to put onto my converted MIELE MTB dropbar bike with V-brakes. Do these V-brake levers need a ferrule on the end of the cable housing that goes inside the brake lever body?
Thanks and cheers

Yes, they require a ferrule at the lever end of the brake housing.

Thanks. I had an old length of brake cable housing with a ferrule on it that I tried and it went all the way in. I wasn't sure if that was a narrower cable housing though and I wanted to be positive. I have some aero brake levers that you can't put a ferrule on the housing at the brake lever end.
All I need to find out now is the difference in the ALivio and Deore V-brake calipers and if it's worth the fair amount of $ difference.
Cheers
