Frame bags, velcro straps, bolts, or laces?

Looking for recommendations. It would seem that velcro straps are easier for taking on and off while laces and bolts would be more secure.

Also pros and cons of water bladder pocket inside frame bags vs separate bag on top tube

Thanks
