Yeah, a few newer models from other manufacturers have aero tabs for the front calipers. I haven't seen anything as extensive as what Parlee is showing for the rear, though I have to wonder how that'll affect heat dissipation, which Shimano seems to be big on.

Kinda like the TTir tribike I currently have... I think it looks nice and tidy... disc calipers are not the prettiest things in the world.

I have an RZ7 (#39 built of the first batch of 100).
I haven’t discerned any heat buildup or degradation of brake performance, but I also haven’t done any long descents requiring sustained braking. Time will tell.
The fairings certainly get the most comments on my local rides.

Could be just added as a precaution in case someone never changes the fluids and likes to ride down long descends dragging their brakes.

Yes, fat people like myself on very steep descents can dump a lot of heat into brakes. I had leidenfrost on my fronts descending Pikes Peak last year. That is > 193C. If I had water contamination the brakes would have failed. As it was they were quite loud and pissy.

That was on SRAM, I'm using Shimano now which has been better to me.
