The Bicycle Trainer Support Group (46 members) is developing a file reviewing various Spinerval and Carmichael Training Tapes, among other training files.

If you have reviews of different training tapes, please forward them to me:

DnvrFox@aol.com

for inclusion in the "Review" file.

Also, it looks like we are heading towards a review of various kinds of training devices - magnetic, fluid, air, stationary bikes, commercial spinning bikes, etc.

I would like to develop a resource file with various reviews and thoughts about trainers.

If you have any specific reviews please forward (stating to be included), and I will add them to the file.

Thanks.

I signed up for your site earlier today. Got my spin cycle and first DVD, but will need to live with them awhile before posting reviews. Looks like it's (the site) off to a good start though.

Yes, the site now has 53 members, a bunch of resource files, a database where you can track your weekly training hours and some interesting polls showing age, type of training device, etc.

Y'all come join us!
