Welcome! You have an Austrian made Sears then. The crest and SR refers to cold forged Sakae Ringyo, a Japanese brand.

Photos of the bike are needed, but you need 10 posts before you can upload pix, and you may only make 5 posts per day.

When I gaze into my crystal ball, I see an Austrian made bicycle with all European components. I am looking for a frame decal, but the ball is getting cloudy - did I see Reynolds? I can't say.

"all European"? Do you think the SR crank was aftermarket? (I am asking, because I know a lot more about Austrian bikes from Vienna than from Graz. )

"melt forged" is not "drop forged", just to nit-pick, but if that's your crankset it will be perfectly good on a Puch/Steyr/A-D Sears, I'm sure, if it turns out this is what you've got @Dougie65

So you need a complete crankset or are you looking for certain parts of an SR crankset to match this one (with crest) you have the NDS arm for? Because, IIRC this arm was used on a crankset that's the equivalent of the Sugino Maxy and no reason you have to stick with a crank of that brand (SR) or model. If you have a good BB unit you intend to keep then probably can swap another Japanese crank that has the same "Q factor" as the SR did. Most anything will be far easier to find then a match for that model of SR (which were not so common BITD) there were far more of the "3-arm" Sugino Maxys sold but even so I would not confine my search to only these, there are other, better choices that you may find for even less $$.
But all that said here's a link to pic of one version of Maxy that at least has replaceable big rings (on Velo Base.com)
VeloBase.com - Component: Sugino Maxy 3-bolt (replacable big ring)
